AQUAS CLEANING SYSTEM

LPW leinigungssysteme GmbH produces almost all kind of water based washing machines and constructs several stand-alone machines together to make large scale of washing systems.

The PowerJet System is an efficient machine for long-durance and stable processes combined with a compact design for flood washing with environmental friendly water based detergents. The modular system allows to realize a customtailored solution for nearly all tasks.In the PowerJet process strong turbulence is generated during the dipping/flood washing operation. Constantly changing dynamic pressure conditions occur in combination with the basket rotation or rocking movement. This pressure gradient extends from overpressure down into the vacuum range, so that a reverse flow with corresponding effect on the cleaning of cavities and deep drilled holes is produced.The buoyancy in the dipping bath in conjunction with the PowerJet process effectively removes the dirt and the stuff from the products. The bath is constantly cleaned through full-flow filtration. Moreover, it can happen that minimal dirtparticles still float on the surface of the dipping bath and then deposit on the products when the cleaning chambers is drained. To prevent this, the product is after cleaned with deoiled and filtered washing agent or detergent with the result that an especially high degree of cleanliness is achieved. In many cases clearly better results are achieved with the PowerJet method than in a plant in were the goods are merely sprayed, and thus even with a changing production program one has an environmentally friendly solution which will serve in the future too.
Power Jet can be gather up to five tanks to make "System Power Jet".

The high-performance PowerLine series is characterized by high throughput and a long life time, combined with a compact and space saving design. Even in the basis type all the essential features are available, thus enabling high demand for residual dirt and demand for long service life of cleaning fluid. This system can be extended to any number of cleaning-/rinsing baths. Important features are the energy efficiency and low water consumption which result from the system design. Beside the standard size any special sizes/implementation can be realized.
