NHT Case Depth Calculation and Optimizer

FEATURES
NHT software module is a software run in Windows PC. It calculates heat treating time from inputs of kind of steel, nitriding temperature and desired case depth. This software contains a data-base which covers most kinds of steels available in market.
Result of the calculation is displayed in a graphic and shows target time for your requirement with a marker. With this on-line use, after you manipulate heat treatment parameters as much as you want until optimization is achieved, the result can be transferred to any of Stange SE6XX controllers on local control panels. The on-line use displays hardness underway at local furnace on the graphic with another marker. This online usage enables you to know what the process going on and what you desire on the treatment. Should any irregular circumstances are recognized, you can update the new control parameters derived form this software in order to revive the process.
NHT software used together with Stange NKZ nitriding potential calculation software gives you a set of control set-points, such as heat treatment time and nitriding, oxygen and carburizing potential.
