AIR HEATING
Packaged combustion units to raise temperature of fresh air or recircurated process air in industries where processes include heating through air or process air, such as paint drying ovens, paper dryers, curing and preheaters. We have two kinds of air heatings, one direct heating and the other indirect heating. With the former heating, combustion flue directly touches parts to be heated to release the heat to the parts. The latter heating are usually used for process where direct touching of combsution flue gas with parts is not preferable.

| In order to better quality of surface finishment, higher level of waste heat recovery system, more indirect heating become more common in air heating industry. It has more than 80% thermal efficiency, exhaust gas temperature is around 250 Degree Centigrade. Best suitable burners are used for the indirect heaters as specific requirement. |  |
